As a community-based organization, leaders who identify as immigrants, refugees, or people of color energize the core of our mission. The current staff/ contract is 95%, and 100% of Board members identified as immigrants’ refugees, and people of color. In 2022-2023 we were developing an internal process to trade self-identification of participation and self-disabilities.
